Katherine Watt is a Catholic American writer and paralegal.

Bailiwick News Archives on WordPress contains collections of her written work published between 2016 and 2025, including legal research and writing on American and international law governing biological product and vaccine manufacturing and non-regulation published at Bailiwick News on Substack from 2021 to 2025. (She closed the Substack site in December 2025.)

As of December 2025, Watt is studying the history of Catholic Church ideals, teaching, and practice on the Church-State relationship, and on social, political and economic theology and philosophy. Volumes of her past work can be printed and bound by printing services such as Lulu.com by readers who download the PDF files, upload the files to the printing service website and order prints. (Paperback versions in black-and-white with simple, text-only covers ordered from Lulu cost approximately $10-$20 per book, depending on page count, as of November 2025.)
